Thank you for choosing Lalabrands.ca. We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchases. Please review our policy regarding returns:

15-Day Return Window: We accept returns for products purchased from Lalabrands.ca that are initiated within fifteen (15) days of the date you received the product(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Condition of Returned Items: Any product being returned must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt). Returns that do not meet these criteria, including items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging or components, may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Return Authorization: Before sending any products back, you must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Products returned without a valid RMA number may not be accepted or processed for a refund.

No Returns Accepted After 15 Days
Lalabrands.ca is not responsible for any returns, exchanges, or refunds requested or initiated after the 15-day return period following the date the product was received.

We regret that we cannot process returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges for any items one months after the date of receipt, as this falls significantly outside of our stated 15-day return policy. We encourage all customers to inspect their products upon arrival and initiate any returns promptly within the allocated window.
